Sarina-Joi Crowe, the girl from Tennessee – Columbia to be exact – has been ousted from the American Idol XIV field and we are now down to a Top 11.

Idol, which consistently seems to stagger on the brink of elimination itself, is being pushed back in favor of another FOX show next week when it will skip a Wednesday night date in favor of a two-hour show on Thursday (March 19).

The Top 11 (presumably the Top 10 will be on the AI Summer Tour) include Quentin Alexander, Clark Beckham, Joey Cook, Adanna Duru, Nick Fradiani, Jax, Tyanna Jones, Qassim Middleton, Rayvon Owen, Daniel Seavey and Maddie Walker.

During next week’s two-hour effort, judge Jennifer Lopez as well as the eclectic 11 finalists will perform and one more finalist will be eliminated. The 11 contestants will perform songs from their favorite movies. (presumably no one will select “Rocky” or “The Godfather.”)

Handicapping the Fab 11:

ON A GOOD DAY, BUT…: Maddie Walker, Nick Fradiani, Jax.
SORTA, KINDA, MAYBE: Rayvon Owen, Qassim Middleton.
TOP THREE: TYANNA JONES, CLARK BECKHAM AND QUENTIN ALEXANDER.
