We won’t reveal anything else that happens in tonight’s show earlier than its West Coast airing, but reportedly at the opening of the show host Ryan Seacrest announces that Casey Abrams is sick and in the hospital and that no further updates will be offered.

Casey had a stomach ailment earlier in the competition and was hospitalized for awhile.
