Believe it or not there were AI performers during season No. 7 who were not named David.
One of them was Brooke White and she recently released a new album – High Hopes & Heartbreak.
White co-wrote the entire album and the executive producer was Randy Jackson.

It ought to be interesting.
Next Friday ABC’s Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series in Central Park will feature David Cook, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.
That is one concert that would definitely be worth seeing.
You know that it will never happen. They will never tour together. Or will they?

AI lost one of its Season 7 contestants on Saturday when Alexis Cohen was apparently hit by a car and killed on a New Jersey highway.
The following report from the People Magazine website:
Former American Idol contestant Alexis Cohen was killed early Saturday morning after being struck by a car in Seaside Heights, N.J., the Associated Press reports.
An autopsy revealed that the 25-year-old singer suffered head, chest and abdominal injuries.

During a recent performance in Santa Rosa, before heading off for another concert event in Japan, Tears for Fears singer Curt Smith said this before starting his next set: “Here is the original of this song, no matter how others are doing it.”
TFF then broke out into their 1982 hit “Mad World.”

OAKLAND – I was old enough. I just wasn’t there or any where close for that matter when Janis Joplin took the stage 42 years ago at the Fillmore West or Winterland or the Avalon Ballroom in The City.
