The Elite Eight sang their audition songs and then some combo songs. It’s getting more and more difficult to watch because for the most part it sounds like listening to kids down at the local coffee shop and open mic night. Sometimes those kids are better, much better, than Idol finalists.

If anything this year’s show only proves AI is getting tired and the longer it goes the more it loses in its luster.
