Unless you are a fan of radio contests you probably don’t even know that Crystal Bowersox was in Wine Country last Sunday (Nov. 14) night.

And she wasn’t even the first from Idol to perform in Wine Country the year after being on the show.

Yes, Kris Allen was here a year ago doing the same gig at the Silverado Resort in Napa.

It’s a concert (this one featured KT Tunstall, James Blunt, Hedley & Bowersox) for contest winners only on a variety of radio stations across the country.

This season’s AI runnerup was on stage first and performed five songs including some off her upcoming album (set for release on Dec. 14) and Ray LaMontagne’s “Jolene” during her 20-30 minute set.

Crystal and her boyfriend came out after the third set and mingled with the guests signing autographs and posing for photographs.
